Poems For Cigarettes | Priyanshu Modi | Invincible

I started writing poems when I was II, just to stand out. Before I knew it, they had become much more. Like cigarettes burning through different emotions, each poem here has sat with me through something too heavy to hold. They carry different days of my life, different versions of me -and now, they're yours just as much as they are mine. Make them what you want them to be. Here's to poems. Priyanshu Modi is a poet and filmmaker from Delhi, India. He has been writing poems for most of his life. First, they were an escape. Then, a way to express. Then, a way to observe. And eventually, a way of being himself.
